What makes it unique

Beautiful open concept townhouse steps from a dock on Spring Lake and a couple blocks to the beach. Includes kayaks and standup paddle boards for the lake. Fenced back yard with fire pit table on covered patio. One of the bedrooms over the garage is it’s own private studio suite.
